• If you’re unsatisfied with your order, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving it.

You may request a refund if:
• The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival (must provide photo evidence).
• Your order never arrived (confirmed lost by the carrier).

3. Once approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
4. Refund Processing Time
• Approved refunds are processed within 5-6 business days.
• Please note that, depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
• Refunds will not be issued for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preferences.
• If tracking shows the package was delivered, we are not responsible for stolen or misplaced items.
